Hey,
1. I'm on a well.
2. the Pump id above ground
3. The pump is running but no water or almost no water

Might have lost prime. Have you reprimed the pump? If not, that can be done by removing the plug (or possibly pressure gauge) at the top of the pump's impeller cage, pouring in water until it won't hold anymore, replacing the plug, and turning on the pump.

No, it is not a priming issue, I already did that,but thanks. Any other ideas. I think it is:
1. The Pump might be bad.
2. THe well is dry
Are there any other ideas.
Who do I call for problems like this?

Many plumbers will not be able to handle a well issue so call a well drilling outfit. I think your pumps impeller is shot so the pump many need to be replaced or repaired.
