Ok well I am not an addict I just had no clue where to put this question!

Anyway,

Last night me and some friends got a little intoxicated (yes we are of age) and I probably drank more than I should have. So this morning I am not feeling the best but I'm not completely hung over (sick feeling, puking). However I do feel dizzy and no matter how much water I drink my mouth is still pastey and dry. Any ideas on how to feel slightly better mostly with the dry mouth part.

Apples. Green apples are the best for hangovers.

Where do you live... where I live and most places around where I live you need to be 21.

Anyway I heard that if you have some tomatoe juice with some tobasco it might help.

I also heard if you eat something complex it may help to "Distract" your system. Greasy bacon eggs and potatoes"

Take a couple of B complex vitamins. Next time you drink, take one before , during, and after. Along with water. Party on, responsibly.

I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. The legal drinking age there is 19, some provinces like Alberta and Manitoba the legal drinking age is 18.

Honestly, grin and bear it...

Yeah some hangover "cures" may make you feel a little better but you are still going to have a little man with a hammer inside your head and a washing machine swirling your brain around.

Paracetamol and sleep are the best cures.

The avoid a hangover try to drink a glass of water for every drink you have.
The alcohol dehydrates you and that is what causes the nasty side effects.

Having a litre (yup, a whole litre) of water before bed helps as does laying on your right side, apparently with the angle of your liver it helps digest everything easier.

The legal age is 18 here too :)

What ever one doctors says is good there are three to say it is not good
I've learned to just listen to my body if I'm thirsty I will drink I'm not forcing nothing in
And if I want pizza for breakfast so be it:D

The old saying is that you are supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

There was a lady who did just that her whole life and it put too much strain on her liver/kidneys and they started failing.

I guess it all depends on the individual person.

I know I don't drink that much in a day... unless you count soda :o

Clear drinks like vodka, gin and white wine have fewer impurities called congeners that cause a hangover. Stay away from darker drinks like red wine, scotch and especially bourbon whisky. Have a large meal before you drink. I'm also from Canada so I made mistakes with booze when I was in my last year of high school. Mistakes can be a blessing if you learn from them.
