When first starts pressure builds up and flows out of rad. Cap. Just replaced cap, thermostat, had rad. Cleaned out. A couple of hundred ago . Replaced injectors and turbo. Could this of caused the problem if done wrong?

My gut is that corrosion or phosphate scale is blocking some of the passage ways in the radiator. You may need to replace the radiator and follow the recommendations below:

There's no need to ask another question--just post your response to the same thread (i.e. "Post Quick Answer").

Appears to be fine, Could the work I just had done be the cause of this problem. Replaced injectors.

I don't think the injectors would have any bearing on the truck overheating. A bad turbo could cause problems, since it affects exhaust gases. I still suspect there's a problem with the radiator. Take an IR Thermometer and check for cold spots (blockage). Be thorough and check the whole radiator.

Actually replaced the turbo when replaced the injectors.Could this maybe a head problem.Or the 6.0 has egr problems could this maybe the overheating problem with my 7.3

What was the order in which the work was done (injectors, turbo, radiator)?

A couple of thousand miles back replaced injectors and turbo at the same time.Run good for a couple months. Now after first start of the day pressure builds up and over flows out of rad. Cap. So I replaced cap, then thermostat. Then radiator. Then cap again. Then thermostat again. In case they were bad. Fan clutch and pump appears to both be OK. Help

That tells me we can rule out the injectors and turbo. More than ever, I believe the problem is radiator-related. I would either take the radiator back to the shop who did the work or install a new radiator. Did the radiator repair shop give you a warranty?

Yes I got a warranty . But what else could cause this problem if any.

Major corrosion inside the engine. Major air pocket.
