Let the weekly pay of Alicia be x.
Then, the weekly pay of Jim is \frac23 x

Together, they have $800. That means that x + \frac23 x = 800

Solve for x to get the weekly pay of Alicia.

Then to find the weekly pay of Jim, find two thirds of the pay of Alicia :)
