Hi I have a question I have a 94 honda civic dx and my windshield wipers do not work I have replaced my windshield wiper motor and I have repaced the part the plugs into my stering colem forgot what it is called could there be another relay or something that is not making my wipers work?

Check under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

It may be Fuse #14 on your Civic. If the fuse is good, but there's no power through the fuse, remove and clean the contacts with abrasive cloth or steel wool. If the problem persists, check/replace the windshield wiper/washer switch. There are no relays in the circuit.

Flow is +Battery, Under Hood Fuse Box, Ignition Switch, Under Dash Fuse Box, Windshield Wiper/Washer Switch, Windshield Wiper Motor.
