Should I be worried about my three years old twins not talking yet?

Do they try to talk?
Can you tell that their hearing is good?
What does their pediatrician say?
Do you try to make them ask for things rather than just handing it to them when they point?
You might want to try taking them to get their hearing checked if you think that may be a problem.
A visit to a speech therapist might help too if your doctor isn't telling you anything helpful

Hi, kumba conte!
N0help4u has given you some great ideas!
I have just one thing to add, and that would be, have your twins been evaluated yet by a professional who can see them in person?
Thanks!

You need to be proactive in speech development. Not talking in what way. Do they say any words. How many languages are in the household. It might be hard but it might be better to focus on one language.
Pediatricians and doctors and depending on where you are great speech therapists. This should have been taken care of long ago, there are steps to take to make sure that they are on waiting lists for speech therapists. Does not necessarily mean anything is absolutely wrong but at least having them at your side and helping and guiding you on how to figure out how to help your children's speech develops, and also take the steps of figuring out what might be the cause of delay.

I agree with Joe Canada 76
So important to know if they hear correct, one way is stand behind one clap your hands and see if the child does anything.
Get these children to a DR. There needs to be an evaluation done.
