The condenser fan on the outside will not stay running. I replaced the capacitor. The fan starts and runs for 5 minutes or so, then cuts off. After I cut it off for an hour it will run again for a few minutes...

After the moter has run for the few minutes and it has cut off is it extremely hot when you put you hand on top of the unit shere the motor is?

If this is the case a good oiling of the motor on each end if it has oil holes. Some of the new motors do not have a place to oil them so if you can not figure out a way to get oil into the bearings more than likely you will have to replace it.

Probably worn out, the bearing allow it to run free till it gets hot then it siezes up

Extremely plugged condenser coil can also cause fan to overheat and shut down. If condenser is clean, and you replaced the capacitor with correct one, then you will most likely need a new motor(unless you have oil ports as tellu suggested, then I would try oiling the motor first, but oil ports are for maintenance purposes, and if it was not oiled regularly, the bearings are most likely shot and you will need a new motor anyway).
