I want to know if I never been in any trouble in my life and I renting a computer from a furniture store and it got stolen out my home and they held me responsible for it and before I when I went to court I paid the computer off and the judge told me the charge was drop down from a felony to a misdemeanor(larceny) and the judge banned me out the furniture store and he also told me a year from the date I appeared in court if it shows I haven't been in any trouble my charges will be dismissed even if I'm in court or not but my question is can I still get denied for an apartment because of my misdemeanor which is a larceny charge

Sure, although most apartment complexes don't run background checks. Just credit.

Hello t:

Sure. You can be turned down for ANY reason unless you are a member of a protected class of people... Criminals aren't one of 'em.

Be careful on your wording here Ex... you can be turned down for any reason EXCEPT for being a member of a protected class of people...

Meaning, you can't be turned down because you are black, but you can still be turned down IF you are black.
