Hi my natural hair color is medium brown and I dyed it black then dyed it red to lighten it up it didn't do anything but color my roots so I dyed it black again a its way to dark for my skin tone and how do I use the prell , dawn , or dandruff how much do I use and how do I use it please help I need , want my hair back to medium brown

It will not go back2med brown that method! You need a modulate or bleach! Only way2remove color!sorry!
