Hi
It's me again. First of all let me thank all the experts that have helped me with my problems. "THANK YOU GUYS"
I ran all different sorts of scans on the computer and now it's running faster because all the rubbish files are deleted and the spy sweeper has killed all the spies.
One of the experts suggested installing Linux from this site:
http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-old-en.html
Could you please tell me what I need to do exactly on this page? Like where I should go and what to do.
Thanks

Wow... looks like you have been having a lot of problems (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=;action=usersrecentposts;username=S %2EM%2E). You won't have those kinds of problems with linux:).

The Knoppix disc is a "live CD." That means you just download the ISO from the site (http://www.knopper.net/knoppix-mirrors/index-en.html), burn it with your favorite cd burner program, and boot from the cd. The CD will run without writing to your hard drive, and also will automatically configure most of your hardware. That way, you can see what you think of linux without messing with your hard drive.

That's just for a live CD. Installing linux to your hard drive, so it's faster and so you can install stuff onto it, is a bit more complicated. I could go on about that, but first, I'd say download the cd, boot from it, and see if you like it. If you decide you like it, then you can install it onto your hard drive. :)
