I have a 93 honda accord ex. The car will start for a few seconds and then die. We have replace the ignition, the main relay, distributor cap and rotor, plugs and wires, and the fuel filter.

Don't know what else to check. And yes the tank is full of gas, and the fuel pump seems to be OK.

Your have done a lot of good things for your Accord. Replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil should solve the problem:

Unlike the write-up in the link, your coil is external. These are the two most problematic components on Hondas of this generation. I recommend replacing them every 120,000 milles or 10 years, whichever comes first.
