There are many ways to get rid the scars. You can use a skin bleaching cream to help fade them. Glycolic acid can also reduce the appearance of scars. If you've had these scars for years and it won't fade, go see a dermatologist about treatments to remove the scars.

There are a few scar-fading creams at the store, such as Mederma, for example.

Use Kigman's Bleaching Cream 6%. I also have old scars on my legs. My doctor recommended that to me. Apply it once a day (preferably at night).
You can also consult a dermatologist.

I hate those mosquitos I am 13 but I too am badly scared with mosquito bites all over my legs and on my arms... I've been using scar creams and don't seem to work but they do work good on newer scars...
