My bike is rattling at high rpm's I think it is my gas tank how can I tighten the tank?

May be a large bolt under the front of the seat.
Many bikes have 2 rubber grommets at center of tank/underneath, Either of those 3 pieces could be dryrotted and gone. Need to check.
Don't overtighten the large bolt.
