I want to install a full bathroom in my basement I have broken through basement concrete floor around the sanitary sewer .I see a cast iron elbow.I understand how to break this pipe and remove the elbow.How can I sleeve this and have a 3 inch access for my sewage from my new bathroom and I also need to have a floor drain in a very close location to where I broke through.

Like Harold said, if you can post some pics we can help better. It would be nice to know the type of pipe, the distance we're traveling, and the depth we have to work with... ;)

Most important at this point will be to point out that you will be cutting a WYE fitting into the main drain line. You cannot cut a sanitary TEE fitting into the main.
