I have 2 baths which have outlets on the same feeder line. I have one of them protected now with a GFI outlet. Can I add a GFI outlet to the other bathroom
If so is there any special thing that I need to do with the wiring?
Thanks

You can add a regular receptacle in other Bath and hook to Load side of first Bath.
Or Install Another GFI in the second Bath hooked onto the Line side, so if first Bath GFI trips, it will not trip out second Bath.

I have the other bath hooked to the other receptacle now. If the GFI trips then the other bath receptacle is tripped also. Is that OK as it seems to work but if it trips then I have to go into the bath that has the GFI outlet in order to restore the power.

It's fine.
Can't say it's ideal, but it's fine.
Two choices for bathrooms:
1.) The 20 amp circuit may supply bathroom receptacles and lights/fans or other accessories within that bathroom and nowhere else.
2.) You can supply receptacles in more than one bathroom but only the bathroom receptacles, nothing else can be on the circuit [(NEC 210.11(C)(3)].
