When I replaced a tail light, the radio stopped playing and reads error on the screen. The transmitter or ignition key, stopped working as well, the key does not respond to locking or setting the car alarm anymore.

Have you tried entering your radio code? I would also test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter:
