How does one remove the neck part of the faucet to replace the filter? The water in the kitchen comes out of the faucet so slowly, both hot and cold and even both together, but the sprayer works fine... thanks

Do you mean the aerater?

No, the filter at the base of the faucet... he's tried turning it with a wrench, which seemed the logical way to remove it, but no dice - and he didn't want to break the whole thing by applying too much pressure... thanks

By any chance can you tell us the model number of your faucet, also Harold has a point remove the Aerator, try the water and how is the flow if good, clean the Aerator install and check, Thanks.

Unfortunately, have not yet found the paper work for the model number. - but, as answered harold, it is not the aerator it is the filter in base of the neck of the faucet.
Thanks -

Ok please tell us some more about your faucet, is it a single handle, two handles (Knobs) with a sprayer or with out, would you be able to post a picture of the faucet, and home depot carries most of the Glacier parts, Thanks.
