Hi there,
What do you do if you can't fall pregnant? Meaning how long do you wait till you go and see your Dr's? What does the NHS say?

Some people go within a week or two others wait a month or so. I don't think there is any set rule or time.

Usually testing will be suggested if you have been trying for over a year if you are younger than 35 and after 6 months if you are 35 and older. Your GP can order some of the testing or they may give you a referral. As you know, the area you live in can sometimes be a factor into how soon you can be seen and have testing started. Some couples decide to go privately if the wait is too long.
You can certainly talk to your GP about your plans to become pregnant and get some advice and a check-up.
