I hanen't been able to download anything for 9 days now. It wasn't a problem before but I am at a loss as to what to do. I am a novice at this. My computer is am esystem machine . Thanks all:(

Update your Internet Explorer the lates version. If that doen't help. Download a different browser, Firefox.
If one of these do not work, suspect you Opperating System (XP/Vista... ).
