I am 22 i have no credit and me and my boyfriend for 7 years are looking to buy ower first house, but neithor of us have any credit, how would i go about getting a house?;:confused:

Make a huge down payment... Do a lease option... Do a real estate contract... Do an owner finance. I can't think of any other way.

I have to wonder first if you should be buying,
1. why do you have bad credit
2. how much money do you have to put down.

If you don't have 15 or 20 percent ot put down, most likely you will not get any normal loans, you may have to use a contract for deed or a rent to own, both of which can be higher interest, and better chance of losing the home latter.
