I took my daughter to a $40 seminar. It kind of smelled of a scam.( wanted more $$$$.) Just wondering if anyone had any experience with Image 1. Or does anyone know of a better avenue to take with a daughter who would like to get in to moldeling without spending a fortune?

I spent the 40 bucks for Image 1 seminar. They wanted more money. Never called me back after that and its been years. I called them and they demanded more money. Get your daughter into Ford, Next, Elite models. Those are legitimate modeling agencies. If you don't have any in the area or if your daughter isn't tall enough like me, than she can't model. It crushed my dreams but I have spent the past 3 years wasting money and time trying to make the impossible happen. I'm becoming a skin care specialist which is a much more realistic thing for me.

I was also put on the 'yes' list it made me feel really special but the guy doing the interviews kind of seemed like a creeper. And I was told $50 for the seminar! I'm really glad I read this, thank you everyone who was kind enough to write about your experince so that others do not waste there time.

Wow, I am SOOOO glad I read this Before I paid the 50 bucks that I really don't have for my daughter to do modeling.. there should be something we can do about these people!

I was actually going to go to the seminar today with my daughter and was going to pay the $50.00 which they were going to charge for the seminar. I am so glad that I did a bit of researching before doing this.

I signed up with them in April 2006. The fee was $40 at the time. I did get some work for walmart and sams club, promoting products and handing out to customers. I did three of these and there is forms you have to fill out and send in to your agent. I was supposed to get $10 per hour. And never got paid for any of these assignments. I still have the paper work copies and will be sending into bbb and getting my money for assign, ments and reimbursed for signup fee.
