I own my accord for 10 years, had no problem until now. It stalled on me twice while I was driving. The first, I was able to restart, the second I could not, it would crank up but will not stay on. Battery is still strong. Before the second stalled the ABS light dimly came on and the D4 was blinking. I'm thinking the problem may be in the line of either the igniter, fuel pump, distributor or main relay. Like to know what you think. Also, do you know of any good repair shop in Jacksonville, Florida? Thanks.

Honda was having some problems with the igniter during that time. My 94 Accord needed three. I have visited Duval Honda on Cassat Ave when in Jacksonville, but only for routine maintenanace. Very satisfied with them.

Based on the age of your Accord, you really need to replace the igniter, coil, rotor, distributor cap, and main relay. I would say this, even if you weren't having problems. Give your car a new lease on life and replace these important electrical components. Shop around for the best component prices. Doing this will restore your confidence in your vehicle.
