Hi I am a sexually active but very safe practising male and am really confused as to what is happening.

I have developed white filled pimple looking bumps on my penis. They do not pop like a pimple and the white filling per say is very hard and more like a blackhead. They do not look like herpes as per the pics that I have seen and I have none or the other simptoms of herpes either.

Help me for I do not know what these are.. :confused:

Its hard to tell by what you are describing but it sounds like it might be genital warts.

Mr. Hippo, I believe it is time to pay a visit to the doctor.

It could be nothing more than sebaceous cysts (oil under the skin) but could be a little more serious. Better to have someone look at it and diagnose it properly than get an incorrect diagnosis over the computer.

I am going through the exact thing. I went to the doctor and was told it wasn't herpies. My mother was concerned it was genital warts but I researched it and found out you can't pop warts like a pimple. Their like a hard stone on your penis. I believe it is from not washing good enough down there and build up of oils in your penis from over time and your penis is just cleaning it out? If you found out any information on this please let me know.
