Is it possible to get a restraining order on someone whose name you do not know and you do not know anything about them except for what they look like and where they live but not an exact address you just know where there house is and they could possible be mental and they are practically stalking you? If there is anyone who knows anything about this or anything I can do please contact me I have asked a police officer what I can do and they said they can't take any action until the man tries to do something to me
