View Full Version : My Thermostat is blank - has no power

I tried to reset the switch and nothing happened its still blank. What do I do next?

Does your thermostat use batteries for it's power? If so it could be that you have dead batteries.

Otherwise it uses the 34 volts from the transformer and it is possible that your transformer is bad.

Give me more information about your system and I will try to help you through it. Things like are you sure your door to the furnace is on and depressing the door switch. When you depress the door switch with your hand do you hear a click coming from the circuit board.
