I'm dying to know the title of a movie I saw a few years ago... It had a girl that was chained on a bus and a man that was trying to hurt her. Then another lady that was driving by, that has gotten stranded because her tires popped and her phone broke, saw the bus drive by with the words "help" written in blood on the window. She then snuck into the back of the bus to try to help the little girl, but she got caught by the man and driven to an castle looking house. She got the chained girl loose and tried to escape.

I don't remember much more but towards the end of this movie there was something about a lady giving birth while chained to a bed in a loft somewhere.
