Hello, I have a serious issue. When I was with the father of my child, I put 2 cars in my name for him. In turn he illegally put 2 other cars in my name and I ended up paying &=$3000.00 worth of tickets that I had nothing to do with. I'm guilty of two vehicles and I want these cars out of my name. He won't give the cars to me or even switch them over to his name, due to him oweing over $7000.00 in parking tickets. I don't know what to do because I'm no longer in a relationship with him and he's riding around with cars in my name. I don't want the cars because he paid for them, but its costing me big time, due to not knowing if he's going to accumulate tickets on me again. PLEASE, WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THESE CARS OUT OF MY NAME WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH HIM??

IF the cars are in your name (and yours alone) and he won't give them back, report them stolen. After all, they are your cars. Who paid for them is irrelavant.
