A 6" pipe in a residance?

Where is the leak, got to be at a joint, what kind of joint? Can you get to it to cut out and replace?

WE don't install 6" drainage in a single family residence. The best we do is 4".
Either describe the leak in detail or show us a picture. Regards, tom
