I have a whirlpool ultimate care II cloth washer(model number LSB6300LWO). Recently this machine does not work normally. The water cannot be drained completely and it makes a strange noise when spinning. I searched on the web found it is possible something might drop in. I would like to check to see whether something block the hose inside, but do not know how to do it. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Longmatch,
I don't know a great deal about washers, so I'm not sure exactly how to disconnect the hose, though one other thing you might check is whether something is causing the drum to be unbalanced. If the machine is sensing that the load is heavily unbalanced, this will likely cause it to stop in the middle of the cycle. Some problem with the motor, and possibly a belt attached to such, may account for the noise.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can give you a better answer.
Good luck. Take care.

Thank you for your quick response. Actually my problems is related to draining system. There are some water left in the tube to keep motor from high spin. I can even hear the noise from water when tube is spinning.

I doubt there is something outside tube to cause water draining problem.

Hi Longmatch,
Did it work okay in the past, or was it just connected recently? Is it possible that the hose is angled up too high, and that there is not enough pressure to force the water up and out of the hose? As the water level lowers the pressure would decrease.
I hope someone can tell you how to disconnect it otherwise. Good luck.
