Have you had your prostate checked lately? Could be an enlarged prostate.

Are you on any meds? Could be symptomatic of the medication.

An erection is not possible without adequate blood flow.
Risks for poor circulation, including heart disease and stroke, include:
Smoking - if you do, try to stop
High blood pressure
High cholesterol
Diabetes
The last 3 should be treated as best as possible.

Excessive alcohol can cause erectile dysfunction

Some prescription medications can cause e.d. - ask your doc.

Previous prostate surgery can effect erectile function.

Lower back conditions effecting the sacral nerves can cause e.d.
