My HP keyboard is locked up. How do I unlock it?

If u can go to [start] then right click on [computer] then [manage] then [device manager]... OK there should be keyboards listed & a little + or arrow next to it... click on it then find HID keyboard device... right click on it and UNINSTALL it! Then once uninstalled RESTART system... should be repaired.
