What kind of charges can I file on my children's father for leaving them at my home for two months without contacting me or them and he has custody? He is getting foodstamp benefits for the children but not helping us out with anything not money or food.

You need to go back to court and have the custody and support orders changed.

There aren't any charges you can file on him. You can turn him in for fraud but you wouldn't be charging him with anything. You can also go to court with the proof that they have been living with you for the last two months and have ask the judge to modify the custody and support orders so that you have custody and you will no longer owe support it will be him that owes support.

You can't really file anything
You can report him to welfare
You can file in court for custody and file for child support
