For a while I have tried to find out from which movie this is.
Depicted is a sheriff and a black man in overall looking down.

The Black man looks like the actor Lance Crouther from the movie Pootie Tang. I don't know if this still image comes from that movie or not, but the actor looks like the same guy.

Possibly Eddie Murphy in a film called.. LIFE
The black guy does look like he's in prison overalls,with the officer next to him.
