I have a septic system. I currently have my washer dryer in the 1st floor. Like to take them in the basement. Do I need a pump to get the water out? Where should the out put water be connected?

What plumbing do you have in your basement? Any fixtures? Floor drains? Is the pipe exiting the house under the basement floor or is it higher up? Before I can answer I have to know what exactly I'm dealing with. Regards, Tom

I have a water heater in the basement. I also have underground well pump for my water. The pipe exiting the house are higher up.

It is about 8/9 ft high.
