I have a 9 1/2 year who has seizures, adhd, etc. His biological father has "never" been there at all.. I was with a guy in the marines for almost 2 years and he started getting possive and controlling so I tried ending it several times without any luck. I met this other guy and we started talking and hangin out. Well shortly after I found out I was pregnant right in the midde of the final breakup where the new guy got involved.. I was with new guy for over a year and we lived together in an aprtment then got a townhouse together. He also just got out of a relationship.. going through court what will happen?? He denies my son and never there for him now dcse involved

What role is DCSE in your state ? Are they the ones wanting to help collect support ? If so then they should ask for a DNA test if he's not on the birth certificate. And after he is proclaimed the legal father then he can ask for visitation.
