I have noticed that my bowel movements which used to be once a day are now sporatic coming once every three days. My stomach looks like it is all puffed up and feels like jello, and I have a hardened area about 3 inches above the belly button area. It feels a little sensitive when I push down on it. Its about 3 inches in size also down the center of my stomach. I have had it for a few days now. I don't know if it is related to my lack of bowel movements or if it is another condition... can you please tell me what you think?

The older you get the slower your digestion becomes. You could try taking digestive enzymes and probiotics. That is what I did

You maybe should check with your doctor to make sure it isn't something more serious
But most likely I'd say its sluggish digestion.

You need to add fiber in your diet. Try taking some stool softener for the time being.
