The only other thing I can think of is if it did damage to the alternator, starter or solenoid

. Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multi-meter:

Be very thorough or you'll waste a lot of time and money. Pay particular attention to the ACG (ALT) (S) fuse, located in the under dash fuse box. If missing, or blown, the CEL will not go out and the car will not start, since it controls power to main relay terminal 5. Terminal 5 controls power to the main relay's first relay, which controls power to the ECM and fuel pump. If terminal 5 doesn't receive power, this relay won't "click," when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II). It wouldn't surprise me if this is the problem. This fuse also protects the alternator.

. Perform tests, in Sections A and B, below:

Where is located the acg(alt) (s) fuse? It's the main relay? I'm just want to make sure where to star I did all the test in coil and ignition and I'm just looking that my CHECK ENGINE Don't TURN never what's the first step or what do you think it is?

I'm not a Honda man, I'm Toyota. But when this happens on ours, it takes out several fuses to protect vital components.
First to go is the 100A ALT fuse. Now in your case I'd be looking to see if the CEL is coming on when the key is turned on. If not, then the ECM/PCM protection has blown.
For my cars that's the "EFI" fuse. Honda may call it different, but same deal.
Insides the car at that fuse box there may be more but not as important.
Good luck.

You my friend you are the best thanks for the information I did all the tests and I found lose ground in ecu so now the car is running perfect I really preciate and well like I said this car is custom I really love this car since I was in high school and well I have some money that I want to put a turbo in my existing motor f22a 2,2 honda accord 2 doors manual speeds and well I just use this car one or two times in a month so I don't really want to get a new motor like h22 or spend a lot of money and then turbo so my question is IF I BUY THE TURBO KIT FOR THE F22A I NEED TO REPLACE FUEL INJECTORS AND ECU?
