Ever since I've owned my dog Rex I've dreamed of having our back yard fenced in. Unfortunately it is very pricey, and therefore, I'll have to wait a couple years. But today I was looking on Kijiji, and found a huge dog kennel. It would be great if we had something like this in my backyard where I could go play catch with Rex or where Rex could just go to hang out.

What do you guys think of this outside kennel? Does it look big enough. What is the normal price of one of these?

It looks kind of confining to play ball with your dog. The best idea is going there and seeing what its like, take rex along too so you can make a bulls eye decision. Heck, take a ball too, but I think you will see that it doesn't work for ball playing with your dog. What about the long ones ?

I can't tell you exactly what it would be worth but we have the same type of thing here but a lot smaller for well over $1000.

I think it's a good idea if you don't have a fenced yard.

Although for the price it would cost you you would be able to buy 6ft high solid wood fencing.

I don't think that kennel would be quite big enough to play catch in either. But it IS a huge kennel! Most of the smaller ones I have seen go for around 300-600. I have never seen one built quite this way.

I would consider building one yourself to save on the cost if you would like a larger one. That one is awesome looking though. I bet Rex would love it.
