My boyfriend have been paying child support since 2003 with limited contact with his tweleve (12) year old daughter and nine (9) year old son. Their maternal Grandmother obtained full custudy of these minor childern. When trying to make cotatct with his childern he is repeated "lied" to by both Grandmother and Grandfather. What legal action should he take toward gaining and enforcing his "Father's Right's"? He currently is unable to untain legal assistance due to limited income, and was denied assistance from local Legal Aide serivces in our area.

Does he have a joint custody order or anything stating he is to be allowed to have them certain days or talk to them on the phone or anything. If he doesn't have an order he needs to go to court and file. If he doesn't have a lawyer it is better to go than to just not go.
If he does have an order then he needs to go and get it enforced.
If they say he was abusive or neglectful to keeo him from seeing them then he should request supervised visits if it looks like he isn't going to get anything.
If they have been keeping them from him for a long time that may not be in his favor since he didn't do anything before this but it is worth a try.

First where was the father during the court action to give grandmother custody, why did he not tell the judge he wanted custody instead.

When the court gave grandmother custody, what visitation rights were written into the agreement
