I just got evictd and my land lord gave me 5 days to move:mad: he said we lied to him about paying, can he get introuble for not giving me receipts after every payment? Can I sue him for threatening to call the police if I'm not packed and gone in three day's

What State are you in? I don't understand the part where you lied to him about paying rent.

There is a procedure in an eviction and more info is needed.

I note that this is posted on the mortgage board. Are you behind in a pay-as-you go mortgage OR are you behind in rent?

I do note that you are in 7th grade. Few seventh graders are facing eviction. So - are you in 7th grade OR are you an adult?

This is an issue, I would not pay him unless I got a receipt, also always pay with either a check or a money order so you have proof. Never pay with cash

He can "lie" and say he will call the cops, you can't sue him for that.
