Help please,
I am attempting to finish a bathroom in my basement, and I'm somewhat unsure how to proceed with the finish plumbing. In a conversation with my builder (over seven years ago) I recall asking for connections to be placed in the floor for a toilet and lavatory. I also requested a connection for a possible utility tub. My questions are as follows:
1. Would the 4" and 2 1/2" pipes be for the toilet and lavatory?
2. Does the "wc" and arrow on the top of the 4" pipe indicate the direction the toilet should be placed?
3. Would it be reasonable to assume that the pipe that is placed outside the alcove be the intended pipe for the utility tub drain?
4. Finally, do I need to be concerned about venting the lavatory, or would the plumber have addressed this concern, and if so, would this pipe only require a trap prior to connection to the lavatory?
I have attached pictures to help with visualization of my questions. Thanks in advance for any possible help.
