Hi there. I live in malaysia. I would like to ask a question. I mortgaged my house at a bank, and unfortunately, I had not been able to pay for the house again for quite some time. The bank is going to put my house up for auction at the end of August. And lucky me, I could now pay for the house's refinancing by paying a certain amount of cash as deposit to the bank before the end of August. But suddenly, there were signboards being posted at my neighborhood advertising a bank auction on my house. Plus, there were letters being passed into my neighbors' post box. This is so embarrassing, as the due date for the auction is at the end of August, and I had made an agreement with the bank to settle the deposit soon. When I asked the bank about those advertisements and letters, they said that they have no idea at all, because it was done by an agent. This has been an embarrassment to me and my family as now, the whole neighborhood knows about my financial status. Can I sue the agent and win?
