We have followed some bad advice from a trustee, now two years later we have lost everything we ever worked for, our land our house and now the bank is trying to put a judgement against us.
What to do next?

You hire an attorney to represent you in the suit. You show up at the hearing and defend your situation. It may be necessary to file a counter suit against the trustee.
However, if the trustee gave you the advice in good faith and it just didn't pan out, there is not much you will be able to do. If the advice was given fraudualently or without proper fiducuary responsibility you may have a case.
