He calls me names like slut, fat lazy, he drinks every day ,lies he's always angry when he gets home from work he hates it when the TV is on or if I'm on the computer every thing has to be in silence why why it is driving me crazy

Unless there's more to the story than what you've told us here, you need to RUN, not walk, away from this creep as fast as your legs (or car, etc.) can go and don't look back. If there are children involved make sure you take them along with you.
