My kitten is a couple months old, she eye is really swollen and red skin that should be below the eye, has swelled overtop of her eye and she can barely see. There is puss and a little bit of blood but is very red. I think it is an infection but I do not know how to cure it. She is a barn cat that has never been to the vet, neither has her mom and dad. When it was a little swollen and I tried salt and hot water, but I think that made it worse. Everyday that goes by, her eye just gets worse. How should I fix her eye?

Just because she's a "barn" cat doesn't mean you can't take her to the vet. If you're really concerned you will take her to get checked out.
You put saltwater on her eye--- would you put saltwater in your own eye and not expect it to burn?

Yeah, but my parents won't, because they aren't actually our cats, they just kind of live at our house. -- and putting hot water / salt mixture on their eyes cleans them. It's not like I put it directy on their eye.

If they aren't your cats then you need to catch them and take them to an animal shelter.
If you can't treat the cats then take them somewhere they will be.

It's sounds very likely that this homemade mixture possibly ran into her eye causing more irritation. The eyes have a delicate natural saline balance but too much salt and you're looking for trouble. Combine this with the fact that she's already having trouble with this eye and... well you really need to get this kitty to a vet or to someone else who will care for her properly. It's the fair thing to do.

I don't need to know if I should take her to the vet. I just want to know if I can treat her at home. Likeee, Maybe just get eyedrops or something. I'm not giving her away.

No you cannot treat her at home, you can give her eye drops but... they are only available at your vets by prescription.
You said she is not your cat so you either take her to the shelter or keep her and get her to a vet.
I'm sorry to be so harsh but this little kitten needs to be treated properly before it turns into something worse.

No you can't treat it at home.
It is cruel if you let this go on any further, sorry to say.
