Age: 14 sex: Female weight:165 height:5'3''

Im starting 9th grade in 2 1/2 weeks I want to lose weight and look skinnier and better.. Im a athlete I play basketball and softball and I'm built like a athlete but my thighs are big and I so is my stomach I need help.. I need to know what I can do to make both of those things smaller.. any ideas?

You can't lose weight fast hon. It takes time.

I would suggest you do some excersize other than the sports activity you already do.

Since its your midsection and thighs that need help, I suggest you do crunches and leg lifts EVERY DAY. It will take a long time. It could take a year. But if you do it every day, and you eat healthy and continue your sports activity, you should achieve your goal.

I also suggest you talk to your mother and your doctor about how your feeling and about what you plan to do. :) they need to be aware of what your doing and going through.
