I have a large bump on the shaft of my penis. It is skin color but also looks like there is white fluid inside. I do masterbate quite often and when I first discovered this I squeezed it and white sticky fluid came out. It is sore to the touch. Any information would be greatly appreciated

I don't believe it's a pimple though it its quite large like the width of maybe a dime
