Featherlite weedeater model SST25 will not start and does not seen to have a spark. I have replaced the spark plug and still no change. Other suggestions??

If you can verify that it does not have fire, only two things are logically possible. It has either a bad ignition module (which do not go bad sitting) or a shorted ignition ground wire.
