Power went out and kids got in to shower. 1st one got in and finished. While 2nd one was in, water shut off completely. Power came back on several hours later. However, I still don't have any water. What could the problem be.

Our house is supplied with well water. Power went out and kids needed a shower. So kid number 1 jumps in and is fine. Kid number 2 jumps in after him and then runs out of water. Power came back on several hours later and we still have no running water. What could some of the problem be.

First, check breaker to well.

Could you be a little more specific? Is the pump running but not pumping water?
Is the pump not running at all?
If#1 check the prime and if #2 follow Harolds advice. Good luck, Tom
