I need help my best friends want away from there parents and their under 18 I want to take them but we don't know how 2 do it... help me!

Why? Because there moms boyfriend hits them and she won't do anything about it and her mom is just not a good mother and there not in a good environment

First off is your parent's okay with this, because more than likely they will not turn a 16-17 yearold to an 18 yearold. From the sound of it, if you friends went to a court and applied for emancipation they would get it. However, they might end up going to the dad or grandparents, because usually courts try to keep famalies together. But if you can have your friends testify of the abuse, and your PARENTS are willing and able to take in the kids than yes it is possible to apply for emancipation, however I don't think that is what you will be doing, I think it will be a custody switch rather than emancipation.
